Middlebury College’s Vermont Innovation Summer is a program supporting a cohort of students working at companies and on self-directed projects across Vermont’s innovation ecosystem. This program is managed and supported by the Innovation Hub, and is made possible in collaboration with the following partners:

Center For Women & Enterprise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women business owners and aspiring women entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses, by providing greater access to the tools and resources they need.

Vernal Biosciences is democratizing mRNA R&D by making mRNA readily available to more researchers and companies, opening more doors for science to change the lives of humans everywhere.

Generator
Generator is a combination of artist studios, classroom, and business incubator at the intersection of art, science, and technology. They provide tools, expertise, education, and opportunity to enable their community to create, collaborate, and make their ideas a reality.

Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET)
The Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET) is a startup incubator, coworking space, and investment fund located in Burlington, VT. They we offer actionable advantages to Vermont’s entrepreneurs through people, places, and capital.

Hula Lakeside
A technology-driven coworking campus, business incubator, and venture capital fund focused on elevating Vermont-based start-ups and entrepreneurs from its fourteen acres parcel along the shores of Lake Champlain.

Widewail
Widewail is a Burlington-based startup focused on helping businesses effectively manage their reputation online. Widewail helps businesses both create and manage online engagement through its proprietary software and managed services.

OhMD
OhMD is a HIPAA compliant texting and telehealth platform that connects healthcare professionals to their patients and teams, using the convenience of texting, and is used by over 30,000 healthcare professionals.

StateChange
StateChange is a mental health media & education company led by career therapist-turned-neuroscience educators, with the goal of transforming mental health into public health for the common good.

The Innovation Hub
Vermont Innovation Summer is managed by the Innovation Hub at Middlebury College. The Hub is a center for bringing student ideas to reality; it supports creative projects through funding, credit, mentorship, space, and events. The center houses the Creativity and Innovation programs, MiddCORE, Oratory Now, Global Health and Social Innovation.
